As a Chemist 1 at OMIC USA Inc., I applied my BS in Chemistry from Portland State University to extract food, water, and agricultural samples for pesticide testing. I demonstrated attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills in this role, as well as a passion for chemistry. Previously, I gained valuable experience as an Organic Chemistry Workshop Leader at Portland State University and a Chemistry Tutor at Portland Community College, where I facilitated individual and group sessions, clarified concepts, and helped students achieve their academic goals.
