Stepping into a digital leadership position from a broadcast media role was always going to be a steep learning curve but a challenge I will always reflect on as taking a step out of my comfort zone to really stretch my potential. In a short period of time where Yahoo7 ownership changed to be 100% owned by Verizon, a global technology business, we left the joint venture to launch Oath/Verizon Media.
