was born and raised in Bend, Oregon and have grown up loving the Pacific Northwest. As a small child, I was diagnosed with dyslexia resulting in learning challenges with academics. With help from my family, teachers and other professionals, I was able to overcome my disability and graduated from The University of Oregon. This experience gave me a new perspective on the importance of adult education and quality, compassionate instruction. After graduation, I moved to Portland, Oregon and went to work for Apple. My job included teaching workshops, training one on one, selling and mentoring fellow employees. I received the top evaluation and was chosen to be the in store guest trainer. I came to the realization that I loved to teach, however, learning in the Apple environment had limitations and I decided to start a new journey and create my own business. My company, Hatch Designs, prides itself on making learning technology fun! The goal is to be the bridge for anyone that needs help learning how to use his or her Apple devices in a casual, fun and friendly atmosphere. Additionally, we do technology consulting, multimedia projects, small business consulting and software education for small businesses and personal use. I enjoy, spending time with friends and family, exploring the great City of Portland, snuggling up with my cat Lewis and any type of outdoor adventure. I love to teach and look forward to helping people learn technology!
