As a Wellbeing Specialist at RACQ, I have over seven years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating health and wellbeing initiatives that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of staff to benefit our members. I have a strong background in project management, stakeholder management, and business process improvement, and I have successfully delivered multiple wellbeing projects with positive outcomes and feedback. I have also facilitated various wellbeing events and activities that promote a culture of wellness, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. I am passionate about helping people achieve their wellbeing goals and creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I enjoy working with diverse teams and partners to develop and deliver innovative and effective wellbeing solutions. My mission is to empower staff and members to be the best version of themselves and to contribute to the social and environmental sustainability of the community.
