Responsible for minimizing turnover through creation of retention plans and carrying out retention activities. Onboard all new employees and conduct new hire orientation. Ensure adherence to all state and federal employment regulations, including preparation and maintenance of proper employment forms for all employees. Ownership of monthly product knowledge and asset protection training courses (participation and results). Organize and supervise team building activities. Manage all activities associated with annual Team Member Engagement Survey such as participation and communication of results with management and part time team. Head Engagement Survey Action Committee. Organize results of committee meetings, create and update action plans quarterly. Ensure proper execution of the Team Member Recognition Program, including the Team Member of the Month Program. Perform all cash office operations. Run payroll & time administration weekly, ensuring all PTO and vacation time is submitted. Review all payroll reports. Conduct quarterly self-assessments of department. Communicate all changes/announcements concerning benefits to employees. Organize all information for employees on Annual Enrollment in benefits program. Communicate offerings of benefit programs to employees. Assist with unemployment claims. Assist with LOA requests (submission of all requests, maintenance of required paperwork, and provide communication between regional office and employee on leave). Administer, review, and update corrective action plans. Write weekly staff schedule for 35+ employees out of season and 100+ employees during winter season. Customer service and sales.
