I am a collaborative and strategic communications and public affairs professional with over 20 years' experience in developing and delivering strategies; leading and managing high performance teams; influencing to effect change; delivering high profile events; managing internal and external communications and creating successful stakeholder engagement plans. Experienced at functioning in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities, I am flexible, resilient and confident under pressure, maintaining my strong attention to detail at all times. As a Chartered PR (CIPR) and a Chartered Manager (CMI), I am committed to demonstrating competence, capability, transparency and honesty. I invest heavily in my own professional development, with a focus on developing myself as an effective leader.In addition to my experience in communications and public affairs, I am also a qualified coach and member of the Association for Coaching. I utilise my coaching skills to enhance my effectiveness as a leader, creating an open, collaborative and creative space where all team members can flourish. I also work with private coaching clients - both teams and individuals - to help them boost productivity and performance. Health and wellbeing are passions of mine and, as well as being a keen runner, I also enjoy yoga, spinning, walking and lifting weights. For me, exercise is essential as it makes me more focused and productive across every aspect of my life.
