While earning her degree from The University of Colorado-Denver, Alison accepted a commission-only position with a door-to-door sales company. She quickly learned the power of managing her emotional state, succeeding in the face of consistent rejection, and the incredible strength of empathic communication.While pounding the pavement for over two years, she rapidly ascended through the ranks of this organization. After achieving the honor of becoming No. 01 in Sales Nationally, she was promoted into multiple leadership positions, including that of Executive Recruiter and Vice President of Training& Development.After graduating with a master’s degree in psychotherapy she opened her own private practice, coaching business leaders and CEO’s. She has created rigorous online mindset courses, become an international speaker, and has worked with companies such as General Electric and Abbott Laboratoriesto develop their sales teams.She doesn’t believe in sharing “band-aid approaches,” that require us to invest a vast amount of time, effort, and energy struggling to implement the change we desire.
