My coaching for Teaching Leaders reflects strong abilities to coach in a range of contexts. The Teaching Leaders Programme works with high potential Middle Leaders of schools in challenging contexts. The two year coaching relationship enables the fellows to accelerate their personal leadership development, inspire more effective teams and support their focus on an impact initiative to improve pupil outcomes. Coaching undertaken face-to-face and remotely. Outside of Teaching Leaders, coach Headteachers, senior leaders and executives.I also facilitate for Teaching Leaders on their Leadership Development workshops.

I serve as a teacher panellist (and chair) on Professional Conduct Panels to hear cases brought regarding potential professional misconduct. Panels make recommendations to the Secretary of State as to whether to prohibit teachers brought before them.

Oxford, United Kingdom

I provided strategic leadership and co-ordination for Oxford City Learning (OCL), a partnership of City secondary schools and Academies, an FE College, Pupil Referral Unit and Special Schools. I managed, delivered and facilitated approved projects and activities with the prime objective of improving the quality education for students in the partner organisations. This included working with a range of employers to strengthen industry links. Particularly in the last eighteen months, my focus was on the professional development of teachers and leaders at all levels. I led OCL in developing more strategic links with Oxford University through the launch of the Oxford Education Deanery (OED). In partnership with the University I set up a series of research-related initiatives including Action Research Fellowships, an Enhanced Masters Programme and the development of a community of research champions across partner schools.

I developed a highly successful business faculty before going on to lead the large sixth form. As Assistant Principal, subsequently seconded to Deputy Headteacher for the final two years, I initiated and rolled out whole school initiatives on data, target setting and school reviews. I co- delivered language college status and secured the School 'Leading Edge' status. School results were in the top 5% nationally from a cohort in the top 25%.
