An effervescent and motivated team player with a passion for workplace culture, engagement, and learning. With my background in Civil Engineering (Structural) as a design engineer, I successfully moved into an account management role overseeing client relationships and needs with some of Australia's largest homebuilders. Motivated to broaden my skillset and learn new industries, I undertook an MBA with RMIT and now lead OzChild's Planning and Performance team within the People and Performance portfolio. I take great joy in this role initiating and championing cross-functional initiatives and working closely with internal stakeholders and government to deliver better outcomes for children and young people.
