After an unplanned career switch; procurement to customer service this "I could never be in sales" person (and I said that a lot!!) fell in love with the process of helping customers and providing excellent service. What could be better than speaking to and learning from people all day everyday!?! Fast forward 10 years, I'm now an experienced Key Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working across multi-channel industries. Currently focussed on the rail industry and how we can add value to customers core acitivies on site. I'm a real people person (just don't tell my pets, I tell them I prefer animals all the time), who enjoys building relationships and providing solutions which keep industry working and people safe.
