It's never to late to be an entrepreneur! I am a highly motivated and focused individual, with an outgoing personality. I work well under pressure and always achieve set targets. I took a career break from 2004 until 2015 to bring up my Autistic son until he went to high school. I then decided it was time for me to return to work as my son is now a lot more independent. I decided to follow my dream and start my own mobile restaurant on a vintage routemaster bus to operate afternoon tea tours in Edinburgh which I set up in October 2015. The business is now going from strength to strength with five buses now operating in Glasgow/Edinburgh and a fifth and sixth due to join the fleet in the Summer. I have thirty years’ experience in catering, customer service and bar work that stands me in good stead in my most recent project, I also have 7 years book-keeping experience, which I believe gives me the all-round experience required to run my own business in the catering industry.
