About Alison Singleton
I have worked in Learning & Development since 1997 and am keen to move away from the concept of training to one where individuals take control of their own learning. I am passionate about encouraging people to network and form their own peer support groups.I have excellent understanding of informatics from a learning and development perspective and worked for the Digital Academy on the Digital Health Leadership Programme (PgDip) for the last 5 years. Prior to that I established the first Informatics Skills Development Network in the North West. Specialties: Designing and developing bespoke programmes of learning, particularly in the field of health informatics.Facilitating Action Learning sets using the Revans methodology.Mentoring. Developing Communities of Practice.
