Worked with SI’s Ethiopia project office to map CLA practices, identify best practices, form CLA action plans within DO teams, and identify areas for capacity building in CLA.

Managed the full survey process and completed technical work including customizing instruments to the country context, updating survey programming in CSPro, finalizing the sampling approach, training the data collection firm, attending the pilot and the launch of data collection in Cambodia, data quality assurance, cleaning and analyzing the data, and report writing.
