My 23 years of experience specifically in the beauty and aesthetic industry have been diverse.My journey has been driven by passion; initially working from my converted garage at home offering holistic and beauty treatments (whilst bringing up 4 boys) to Director of Facethetics Training Ltd who offer aesthetic injectable training.My ethos is one of professional care and safe practice, to give honest opinions regarding training and to strive to remain one of the best training providers in the country. I am passionate to drive the business forward, following policy and having an ethical approach to all I do; helping to raise standards within the sectors for which we provide courses.My industry qualifications demonstrate my knowledge and experience in facial aesthetics. I have steered Facethetics through the development of the first Aesthetic Injectable Level 6 qualification and more recently been integral to the development of our VTCT Level 7 Aesthetic Injectable qualification. Although I am not a trainer, I felt it vital to have my teaching qualification and over the last two years I have also gained my Assessor and IQA qualifications so that I can fully understand the accreditation process and put the correct systems and procedures in place to ensure a safe, inclusive teaching environment for our learners.To sum up, accreditation and safety are my priority. I am following closely the development of a pathway to licensing and regulation within this sector cannot come quick enough for me.As Co-Director and Course Coordinator of Facethetics, it is my job to ensure that all of our courses are delivered to the highest standard, and that our delegates receive the very best customer care, from the first time they get in touch. I also take an extremely active role in business development and I'm always on the look out for new products and techniques to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
