I've been an Property Management Accountant with Smiths Chartered Surveyors since 2016, the company specializes in residential property management. I handle all aspects of the company's accounting including but not limited to month end and year end closings, account receivable, accounts payable, payroll as well as working directly with clients. I prepare a monthly trial balance which we are required to do per the RICS regulations.I joined Berkeley Trading Finance as self employed who are based in London and I record the day to day finance aspects of the company. I prepare all reconciliations from wages, paye, bank, vat, debtors and creditors controls. I prepare the year end audit file for the accountants.At Con-tech Services Limited I record the day to day finances side of the company including bank, calculate the vat and submit the documents to HMRC, wages, paye, debtors and creditors. I produce a monthly bank payments list for suppliers and make bacs payments. I chase customers for outstanding invoices owed.
