As Creative Director at Pad I love to get under the skin of what our clients are actually trying to achieve. I find the last few years have been spent improving the quality of the questions we ask at the beginning of projects so we really refine the project from the outset and make it an effective fact finding mission. My fascination with personal development as a subject has influenced the tools I bring to Pad and to the clients we work with. Project processes and systems – whilst being dull sounding – are actually something that excite me. I relish the challenge of improving and refining the service we offer our clients.Brand and digital strategy is also something I'm passionate about.
