Manage all aspects of the nationally ranked Economics PhD program at Northwestern University from recruitment and admissions to retention and graduation. Focused on improving the student lifecycle for doctoral students in the department and in close collaboration with department faculty and campus administration, my position is responsible for oversight and implementation of systems, programs, and processes related to admissions, students services, funding, and job market placement.

Responsible for the vision, oversight and leadership of student services in the College of Engineering, this position managed the work of 30+ staff serving 3,200 students. As a key member of advising leadership at the University, in this role I worked to elevate the student experience across campus by creating standard operating procedures, identifying best practices, and chairing cross unit committees.

Managed undergraduate academic advising in the College of Computing and Informatics with a team of five professional staff. Collaborated with faculty to update curricula, create new programs, and deliver elite student services programs.

Oversaw all aspects of international student on-boarding, faculty and student international travel as sponsored by Penn Law, and managed inquiries related to international programs. This was a temporary position.

Reporting to the Office of the Provost, supervised the Student-Athlete Services unit in providing academic support, advising, leadership development and programming to over 400 student-athletes participating in 16 varsity sports. Hired, trained, and evaluated professional staff including seven fulltime employees, two graduate assistants and forty tutors and managed a departmental budget of $430,000.Lead strategic planning efforts as a member of the Department of Athletics Senior Administrative Team. Presented findings of assessments and disseminated information regularly to the University and athletic administrators, including the University President, Provost, College Deans, Director of Athletics, and coaches.

Academic Coordinator for Men's Basketball, Track & Field, and Men's Swimming & Diving. Hired, supervised, and evaluated full-time assistant academic coordinators and served as a Sport Administrator liaison for academic oversight of seven varsity athletic teams. Created the curriculum for and instructed senior level career preparation courses, engineering student success course, and freshmen seminar course. Managed scholar-athlete recognition program and communicated opportunities for athletic academic awards, honors and scholarships and chaired initiative groups. Coordinated professional development opportunities for ASPSA full time staff, interns and graduate assistants. Coordinated and wrote annual assessment plan and impact report for ASPSA, including evaluation of mission, vision, and values statements. Promoted study skill development and diverse learning strategies for student-athletes and created individualized academic support plans.

Created, implemented, and assessed student-athlete support programs including academic, leadership, and civic engagement endeavors. Supervised, hired, and trained academic tutors for student-athletes.

Managed recreation facility and student recreation staff. Taught volleyball activity courses and served as the Assistant Volleyball Coach.
