Cantina di Noci is a Berkeley micro-winery celebrating the unsung Italian varieties that thrive in California. Our wines use organically-farmed fruit. We aspire to make wines that feel elevated and convivial.

Broc Cellars is a Berkeley-based winery. Our wines showcase the bounty of under-the-radar grape varieties that flourish in California soils.-Work directly with the winemaker and assistant winemaker to independently execute wine processing, fermentation, aging, blending and bottling for one of the largest natural wineries in the US.-Manage the organization and inventory for all winemaking supplies, cellar equipment and case goods and uphold or establish standards for all cellar SOPs.-Crush between 210-350+ tons across 35+ grape varieties (mostly French & Italian), utilizing multiple fermentation styles and vessels (ex: stainless steel, concrete, barrel, amphora) for red, white, sparkling and rosé.-Responsible for hiring, training and managing harvest crew and creating the weekly team schedule.-Serve as support (or lead when assistant winemaker is out) for 20+ annual bottling and canning days, including hiring temporary staff, ensuring wine integrity, managing delivery of case goods pre- and post-bottling and accurate case count records for compliance and inventory.-Develop technical sheets for 25+ SKUs and educational materials used by sales and tasting room staff, weekly marketing emails for a large subscriber audience and support club member communications.-Given access to estate fruit to make personal wine. 2023: Made 25 cases of Freisa.-Proficiencies: Forklift Certified, VinTrace, MailChimp, Shopify, Square, Sidekick, HelpScout, Bloom

• Support day-to-day cellar activities: Monitor the wine aging process for more than 35 different grape varietals. Collect samples, rack, barrel wine, barrel maintenance, wine blending, bottling & canning.• Assist with educating tasting room guests about Broc and natural wine, pour and discuss wines at tasting events.• Support DTC team with crafting appealing and accurate onsite product marketing and technical sheets for all wine and glassware. During my time I managed the PR for the Glassdoor Economic Research team and served as trusted strategic advisor to the chief economist, resulting in a significant expansion in media coverage of the team throughout my tenure. Executive Producer and part of the founding team that created and launched SALT + SPINE, a new podcast focused exclusively on the art and craft of the cookbook. In Salt + Spine, we explore both new and vintage cookbooks and the inspirations behind them, the inspiring people who created them, and the impact they have on home cooks and the culinary world at large.

Covered the 2014 Iowa Legislative session at the statehouse in Des Moines for the regional paper's website and print publication. Covered breaking news and wrote enterprise and human interest stories in the Linn and Johnson County area. Also shot photos for web and print.

Copy edited pieces for China Daily websites, took photos for online use and wrote columns and articles for online and print.

Project Editor: I collaborated with every section of the newspaper to produce investigative and long-form enterprise pieces on multiple platforms. Metro Editor: Oversaw a staff of around 15 reporters, often first time journalists, helping them to improve their journalism skills. I also assigned and edited stories.Reporter: As a reporter I covered city and local government and politics and was also an education reporter covering the University of Iowa.

Covered the Texas delegation and wrote breaking news stories for the blog, Texas on the Potomac. Topics I wrote about include immigration, science and technology, Homeland Security, and foreign policy issues.

Assisted with the production of "Talk of Iowa" and "River to River" three times a week. Also responsible for updating IPR's social media sites, mixing audio, podcasts, and vetting calls during the show.

Wrote spotlight pieces on graduate students and faculty for the college's annual report. Projects include articles of varying length as well as news releases, photography, and coordinating with national media.
