Responsible to the CIS Co-ordinator, my duties and responsibilities include inputting, monitoring and maintaining learner data on the College Information System (known as ProSolution), ensuring it is up to date and free from errors. My main area of expertise is the Employer Responsive Provision (Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learners). Before enrolments can be processed they have to go through a number of checks to ensure they meet SFA guidelines and meet the correct eligibility. The role involves working to tight deadlines, and meeting targets, so it is imperative to be organised and able to prioritise my workload efficiently to ensure that deadlines are met, otherwise this could have financial implications for the organisation.Other duties within CIS include, review inputting, photocopying/scanning, filing, dealing with learners and colleagues enquiries either in person, by email or over the telephone, and generally supporting the needs of the team, and the organisation as and when required.
