➤ Created the H.I.T.S.program to bring tennis opportunities to non-traditional grassroots audiences and programs.➤ Creating a new partnership with Sloane Stephens for the H.I.T.S. program, which now has over 35K participants YTD.➤ Effectively managed the development and performance of all sales activities in the U.S.T.A Northern California Section.➤ Improved year rankings from #16 to #1 in the country, in terms of membership growth compared to 17 other sections.➤ Directed and supervised services, policies, staff, budget, goals and programs for the 10 Community Tennis Field staff.➤ Established impactful plans and strategies to expand the customer base for U.S.T.A.programs membership.➤ Successfully provided leadership and drove the achievement of maximum growth in line with section mission/goals.➤ Worked directly with U.S.T.A.
