During this role I engage proactively with global & local procurement, finance and legal to analyse purchasing activities, along with operations, tools, and systems deployed. I spearhead e-sourcing management and development operations, including contract management, eRFx, eAuction and supplier performance management to gain desired goals. I generate monthly reporting packs for executive management for savings, working capital benefits, supplier reduction, and progress of key business projects. I have performed selection, project management, implementation, training, and ongoing support for 2 different e-procurement systems and travel management tool. I carried out successful contract and system separation activities from parent company to synergies between VM & O2 by performing as project lead for VMO2 merger. Key achievements:• I worked vigorously with other Op-Cos leaders in several European countries on all aspects of procurement processes and system.• I oversaw set-up and implementation of consolidated e-Sourcing system and relevant policies and processes for seamless operational flow.• I decreased maverick spend, fostered relationships, and achieved savings by partnering and presenting to influence high profile stakeholders.• I conducted and managed annual internal and external audits, policy, and process governance to meet business objectives.• I encouraged best practices throughout the business and ongoing process improvements and simplifications by implementing and regularly examining processes, procedures, tools, and templates.• I improved governance and savings by simplifying and improving procurement engagement and processes, as well as travel processes.• I ensured intact travel policy, supported systems and processes, engaged with key bookers / EAs/PAs, and improved compliance and utilisation of the online travel booking tool.

At Telewest, I performed selection and implementation of new e-Sourcing System, whilst successfully developing strategy for purchasing group. One of my core duties was to supervise tender process for e-Auction and e-RF(x) solution to evaluate and choose best possible tools / system.
