Expert Production Arts are expected to work in collaboration with various team to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote cooperation between departments. Effective communications skills and prompt response times are key to keeping production running smoothly. Especially effective and senior Artists are also expected to contribute to the success other team members by assisting in ongoing initiatives to improve art tools and processes. They can also participate in programs to train and on-board new associates, providing assistance and mentoring as needed.

They are expected to be extremely proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, knowledgeable of fonts and typefaces, and should be able to find and correct any errors in spelling or design. Production Artists ensure that customers receive quality products and have a simple and satisfying experience. They are also expected to efficiently process dozens of customer orders per day, consistently increasing in productivity and accuracy over time.
