My name is Alison Whiteside, and I am a motivated marketing student with a strong foundation in both academic and hands-on experience. I successfully earned my AA degree alongside my high school diploma, a testament to my dedication and work ethic. My passion for marketing was ignited during my time volunteering at a local fabrication lab and STEAM center, where I had the opportunity to contribute to digital marketing efforts, learn key time and team management, and work with at-risk youth. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in community engagement while developing a love for digital marketing. I later interned in management and digital marketing, where I took on leadership roles as a founding member of both a mentorship program and a fundraising initiative. These experiences taught me the importance of creativity, strategy, and perseverance—skills that I am eager to be able to use.
