I have over 21 years in the Australian Public Service with 16 of those leading and managing teams or projects. I enjoy the fast paced environment that is service delivery operations but am equally as challenged and satisfied focussing on business improvement strategies and projects.From a people perspective, I am heavily invested in ensuring learning and development opportunities are identified and delivered and that all staff feel supported and have access to tools and resources necessary to achieve great outcomes.It's important to me that I recognise everyone makes a choice to come to work each day and that should never be overlooked. People and place have significant impacts on our lives and can make the difference between having a job and loving a job.
