Current• Strategic and operational responsibility for efficient and effective delivery and growth of NDIS services (Supported Employment/commercial social enterprise, SIL, Community Day Services, Outreach) within a quality, compliance and risk-based framework• Directed a strategic transformation project delivering an innovative, co-designed and purpose-driven employment service model based on a framework of social inclusion and designed to enhance and extend employment skills, confidence and opportunities and focus business development. • Led the development of strategic, operational and financial business models for two service streams in partnership with CFO, delivering improved and marketable service offerings to assure service growth and financial sustainability; significantly improved accuracy and achievement of revenue forecasts; and a significant uplift in revenue.• Designed an overarching quality governance framework and performance metrics in partnership with Board and management to strengthen fiduciary oversight, embed a culture of quality and safety. and prepare the organisation for changes anticipated from the Disability Royal Commission’s final report.
