I have worked in senior leadership in the NHS for more than 20 years, including the last 9 years as a strategy executive on NHS Trust Boards. During that time, I have had the privilege of working with many talented, experienced and dedicated individuals both clinical and non-clinical. I've loved working delivering major programmes, both capital and an organisational merger. It is now a pleasure to use my experience to develop a platform to bring together NHS organisations with senior and experienced Talent (executive and deputy executive level) to undertaken time limited roles, assignments and projects. This is for both self-employed Talent who have left the NHS (maybe through retirement or for increased flexibility) and for substantive executives to share their knowledge and extend their network. In addition, the platform will facilitate current CEOs and executives to support colleagues who are new into their posts or who find themselves needing support from peers. My hope is to create a community where we come together to use and share our experience and skills and where we support each other when we need it most.
