I was responsible for the defense of the In Re Ford Transmission Litigation, which was a multi-district product liability lawsuit involving approximately 140 Plaintiffs. I also was on a team of design analysis engineers who developed vehicles with an eye toward preventing future litigation. I also had the pleasure of prepping Henry Ford II for his deposition in this litigation.

Supervised and directed 40 outside counsel. Effective and efficient preparation of more than 175 current and former employees, including Henry Ford II and Donald Petersen for videotaped depositions.
