Alison has detailed knowledge and experience in Private Client work including residential property and agriculture. She deals with a wide variety of clients and has a natural ability to guide them through what can sometimes be complex areas of the law, to offer clear and concise solutions. Alison enjoys helping families and dealing with every generation, providing expert direction through all of life’s challenges. Recently Alison has advised on Business Relief and Agricultural Relief on large estates, sales of Fishings, Trusts relating to small business succession, and legal rights claims with complicated calculations.Alison is a Council Member of the Law Society of Scotland and is currently Convenor of the Professional Conduct Committee and the new supra Regulation Committee.
