I am an experienced coach, consultant and advisor. I work in partnership with leaders, individuals and teams to identify blind spots; grow emotional agility; build sustainable resilience & increase maturity so that they not only realise their own potential, but also bring out the best in those around them.COACHING: My coaching is grounded in 20+years of practical cross-functional leadership experience and spans working one-on-one with individual clients, coaching senior leadership teams and designing leadership development curriculum for organisations. My approach is very much solutions focussed.
