Key Achievements- managed a USD 32 billion debt portfolio- managed annual foreign exchange transactions of USD 50 billion, interest rate derivatives of USD 5 billion and cash management of USD 10 billion.- lead the execution of a USD 6.5 billion hybrid bond (issued simultaneously in USA, UK and Europe) and senior bonds in Australia and European capital markets.- developed, obtained Risk Management Committee approval and implemented a new process to hedge semi-annual dividend payments of USD 3.2 billion (equivalent). - developed and led a series of presentations and discussions with the British Government to provide corporate input into the drafting of legislation to support the EU bribery and anti-corruption initiative.I am currently working with the Macquarie Applied Finance Centre teaching Masters subject in Corporate Treasury Management and Professional Practice.
