After a series of experimental jobs, Alison set out to be an independent woman in business and the best entry for her seemed a mix of economics and marketing. Ever ambitious she focused on building success for her employers wherever she went. Her experience and successes came from creating and building products, brands and businesses. She’s created 3 businesses herself; worked inside big and small iconic ones, fast and furious start-ups, family businesses, and the sale and closure of businesses.Increasingly, Alison saw that her vision had changed and that the ‘independent’ piece had an unintended consequence; that investing in knowing oneself not just in knowing stuff is crucial and; that the journey shared is faster, bigger and far more exciting than on her own. Today she is an Executive Director leading Integrity and Values, and teaching it’s proprietary content. She can accurately profile a person’s values and behaviours and then teach them to behave from a real sense of their personal integrity. She reveals a pathway that is compelling and you want to have her with you. Jim Bahr (Director) says, “She was relentlessly positive, confronting, challenging, and honest. She reflects everything I needed to experience to break through the barriers I’d set around my own excellence. Bit by bit she helped me find and use the tools to break through and start a whole new, exciting course in my growth. The apparent simplicity of the Integrity & Values model is deceptive. In the hands of a master coach like Alison, it’s hugely powerful”.
