I spend a lot of my time working in the trust and safety space helping leading brands strengthen consumer relationships, understand the impact of regulatory change and leverage the value of building trust. I also have a strong history across broader regulated industries including energy, utilities, telco and financial services. I have worked with consumer brands to build and execute world class insight capabilities across their business, explore new markets and to design experience strategies and management programmes.
