Analyzed the results and then strategized with appropriate stakeholders for ways in which we can improve our processes. • Participated on committees for a variety of corporate initiatives: implementation of Metrics-that-Matter as an online evaluation tool; implementation of Resume Manager database; requirements gathering for an Instructor Portal and implementation; and change management so support the transition to eBooks pilot events.
