-- Develop and execute integrated strategic public relations, online marketing communications, and social media plans along with supporting budget for all properties -- Manage all public relations efforts for the properties, including press releases, media pitching, inquiries, interviews, photo shoots, broadcast segments and familiarization trips-- Execute social media tactics, advertising, contests and campaigns on Facebook and Twitter, as well as perform all online monitoring of the properties on websites including TripAdvisor and Yelp, and analyze web traffic, demographics, campaigns and ROI on Google Analytics -- Oversee internal and external communications throughout hotels to include in-room collateral, restaurant promotional pieces, spa initiatives, guest communications, email newsletters and e-marketing tactics -- Work in conjunction with hotel and spa department heads to determine and promote newsworthy packages, activities, retreats, promotions and events -- Oversee the public relations and SEO/online marketing agencies, as well as work in conjunction with Enchantment Group’s creative/advertising firm -- Assisted in the strategy, creation, development and launch of new websites for the Tides Inn, Enchantment Resort and Mii amo -- Plan, schedule and execute press trips, VIP stays, catalog shoots and all filming on property -- Responsible for the Enchantment Resort and Mii amo blogs, including overseeing the blog ambassadors and managing the scheduling, editing and posting of articles-- Represent Enchantment Group and its properties at national events and participate in media missions throughout North America -- Develop and maintain marketing communication programs with our partners, including Sedona Chamber, Arizona Office of Tourism, Phoenix CVB, Scottsdale CVB, Leading Hotels of the World, Virginia Tourism , and ALHI
