Programme Director responsible for directing the development, implementation, delivery, & monitoring of the Co-Innovate Programme on behalf of all programme partners. Co-Innovate is a €22m Programme supported by the EU's INTERREG VA Programme, designed to develop innovation capabilities, fund innovation projects for SMEs and engage SMEs in cross border research and innovation collaborative projects. The programme is delivered in NI, Border Counties of ROI, West of Scotland and Highlands &Islands in Scotland to 1500 SMEs.I am responsible for overall direction and management of the programme delivery, leading a team across all delivery partners (ITI; Scottish Enterprise; Highlands &Islands Enterprise; Enterprise Northern Ireland & Local Enterprise Offices). I lead on all partnership and stakeholder engagement at strategic and operational levels. I ensure implementation of monitoring and management systems and procedures for the delivery, reporting, recording and on-going evaluation and quality control of the Programme to make sure output and financial targets are met. I chair Innovation Business & Project assessment panels for the programme as well as review business and innovation assessments. I also manage State Aid approval and reporting for the programme.
