Oversaw employee recruitment, onboarding, resource management, and continuing training initiatives for the Global Pro Bono (GPB) department. Managed the GPB department's year-round internship program focusing particularly on resourcing interns on specific projects and their professional development. With regards to PYXERA Global's GPB clients, I managed the applicant selection process for employees that participate in the skills-based pro bono programs that PYXERA Global designs.
