My job was dealing with the logistics including ensuring that the engineers Offshore and medical records were up to date and maintained, booking medicals and offshore training as necessary. In addition to this I booked the engineers flights and accommodation for their offshore trips liaising with the various Oil companies as and when their refuelling systems annual recertification was due.
