I am a people person, what a cliché huh? I am though… which is why I enjoy sales so much. I enthusiastically talk to anyone and everyone! My background is in recruitment, in which I’ve thrived since 2004, when I was laid off from my job. My friend and mentor, Kristen Carroll, suggested that I consider a career in recruitment. She felt that with my people skills, I would do well. I have the gift of gab, which has served me well in this field. I learned so much about different personalities and how to match candidates to jobs that would be a good fit. I became the trusted ‘go to’ for so many candidates and clients over the years, which has contributed to my strong interpersonal skills. I started working at The LMC Group in August 2015 as a recruiter and my role has evolved so much since. I have dabbled in the world of social media (and love it!), and in 2017, Kristen encouraged me to get into sales. I now work as the primary business development consultant for The LMC Group, selling our services to clients all around the world. I also provide business development support for several of our clients. Sales is in my blood!I am passionate about making the world a better place and I am always willing to support and contribute to any charity.Some of the top causes I fight for are:• Medical research of any kind – let’s find a cure!• Child abuse• Animal abuse • LGBTQ Issues• Violence/Domestic Abuse Victims• Opioid crisisI love writing blogs for The LMC Group and I especially love doing live videos on social media platforms discussing The LMC Group’s programs, and business development in general.
