Process owner of human capital deployment for a business unit with an average talent pool of 120 team members.• Build client service engagement teams of 3-15 individuals based on matching talent skill set with project needs-client portfolio includes 100+ public and private high tech clients.• Review and consolidation of monthly forecasting reporting on team utilization and productivity.• Direct reporting to an industry partner group of 12 and secondary reporting to office leadership partner group of 4.• Consolidate month-end financial results into management dashboard and socialize dashboard results with partner/manager stakeholder groups to drive metric achievement.• Team with HR to conduct performance reviews, ensure feedback is given to staff via the appropriate coaching development methods, and ensure engagements are staffed with the appropriate skill sets.• Manage and review monthly internal cost and work-in-progress reports to ensure timely payment and cost management against budget.
