Managed daily operations of the logistics executive staff office responsible for overseeing 4 squadrons consisting of 1,053 staff members with locations in Germany, Luxembourg, and Norway. Executed a $22M budget and provided logistics support to United States Air Forces in Europe, two Numbered Air Forces, three wings, NATO and 15 geographically separated units. Enabled United States Air Force’s premier strategic logistics hub supporting contingency partnership missions throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. - Contributed to the success of two wing Operational Readiness Inspections from higher headquarters which resulted in 14 Logistics Group strengths with 4 awards and command Inspector General rated "Excellent" - Justified requirements and secured $2.5M in additional funding which resulted in the purchase of 40 mission critical equipment essential to the Air Force’s logistics capability in Europe- Honored as the Logistics Readiness Group Staff Junior Military Officer of the Year for 2010, #1/17 junior military officers- Rated by the base commander as #3/98 junior military officers in the Air Forces largest and busiest wing in Europe

Led 20 military and 16 contract staff responsible for all airport operations at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq. Enabled the movement of 119,000 short tons of cargo and 52,000 passengers in support of 2,000 missions to 38 locations around Iraq and Kuwait. - Overhauled the inbound air cargo process which led to clearing a 9 month backlog and returning $80,000 in assets back into the inventory - Facilitated the redeployment of the 1st Air Combat Brigade by safely processing 1,900 passengers and 180,000 lbs of cargo in only 9 days - Orchestrated the transport of 20,000 lbs of critical medical supplies and equipment to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom warfighters- Ensured proper chain of custody for 258 forensic evidence deliveries which resulted in prosecuting two of United States Forces in Iraq’s “ten most wanted” - Awarded the Meritorious Service medal for leadership, outstanding performance, and technical expertise

Led 73 military and 56 foreign civilian employees operating the Air Force’s largest vehicle fleet comprised of over 2,000 vehicles. Planned, organized, and executed all transportation support activities for the movement of 53,000 passengers and 3M tons of cargo at Ramstein Air Base. Controlled Europe’s largest United States drivers licensing center and directly managed official use, accountability, and serviceability of 130 government vehicles valued at $6M. - Team was awarded an “Excellent” rating during the 2009 Logistics Compliance and Assessment Program and awarded “Best Vehicle Operations Flight” in the United States Air Forces in Europe command - Selected as the two-time Junior Military Officer of the Quarter and rated #1 out of 14 junior officers in the unit

Led the Air Force’s largest vehicle maintenance unit in Europe consisting of 141 military and 71 foreign civilian employees. Executed a $2M budget to maintain over 2,000 vehicles valued at $163M supporting 93 units across Europe and Africa. Oversaw the fleet workload for 13 distinctive vehicle maintenance specialties encompassing 6 facilities and over 153,000 sq ft. - Directed the preparation of 80 vehicles for the President of the United States visit avoiding $12,000 in rental cost and White House staff members praising as “Best support they have seen.” - Enabled Ramstein’s airport mission by directing the maintenance on critical material handling equipment which enabled over 1,000 Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom cargo missions - Ensured strict maintenance safety and workplace standards were met while maintaining a high operations tempo, leading the team to an “Excellent” rating during higher headquarters’ compliance inspection - Re-engineered the base’s vehicle scheduled maintenance program by identifying and correcting 128 overdue for maintenance vehicles which resulted in a two-year best rate of less than .02% late rate - Selected as the Junior Military Officer of the 2nd Quarter and rated #1 of 3 junior officers in the unit

Led 125 military and 34 foreign civilian employees maintaining inventory control for over 35,000 line items valued at $83M. Managed a supply account that spanned 11 warehouses, 2 aircraft parts stores, a HAZMAT pharmacy, and 15 supply points on 5 separate bases. Provided dedicated support to aircraft maintenance units and aircraft repair shops. Directed the daily operations that provided worldwide sourcing for mission capable requisitions and current statuses to senior leadership.
