    Manor Teaching School Hub serves schools in Walsall, Wolverhampton & South Staffs, providing the "golden thread" - ITE, ECF and NPQs. In Oct 23 I wrote the successful bid for redesignation, securing Manor TSH’s role for 4 more years. I provided strategic & operational leadership of Manor TSH. I developed relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including the ECF & NPQ Lead Provider – Ambition Institute, local MATs and school leaders, LAs and Curriculum Hubs plus Research Schools. Through regular planned communications I kept in touch with stakeholders and promoted relevant CPD provision. I managed the annual TSH budget of £660,000 ensuring each operating stream covered delivery costs. I reported to the Manor board & Strategic partners and to the DFE against agreed recruitment/engagement KPIs. Working with Ambition Institute on Early Career Framework I have overseen delivery to between 300 and 350 participants each year. Satisfaction ratings across ECTs & mentors is in excess of 90%. I developed my knowledge of Appropriate Body (AB) in this post and in 2023/24 oversaw the transition of provision of AB services from local authority providers to where Manor TSH provided these services to 436 ECTs across the region. I have led Manor TSH from strength to strength as a provider of NPQs. In the first year of operation, we recruited 226 leaders to NPQs, in 2022-23 this increased to 261 leaders and in 2023-24 we have recruited 313 NPQ participants. I have added new programmes each year of operation, finding new exceptional facilitators from the wider network; all of whom I have personally observed as part of robust quality assurance process. Participant satisfaction levels are high with 93% of respondents saying they are highly satisfied with their programme, and assessment success rates are very high with 99% of the 250 submissions achieving a pass. I deliver as a facilitator for the Leading Teacher Development NPQ programme and I am a trained assessor.
