My passion is being outdoors and especially at the beach. I encourage well being through exercise, travel and the great outdoors!I have been working for the company for 30 years this year and have done a variety of roles with the company and enjoyed the paths that these have taken me. Currently I am working to develop and coach colleagues and leaders and planning schedules to improve colleagues knowledge and confidence. I find this extremely rewarding when I colleague you have only met virtually sends you recognition for helping them develop themselves its a great feeling.I throughly enjoy spending time with colleagues either virtually or face to face and seeing that light blue moment when they get something that they have been struggling with in the past.I love problem solving and finding a simple effective way of working for all colleagues and sharing this way of working with others to make lives so much easier.
