I am a consultant in Burges Salmon's top tier family law team. My practice covers all aspects of family law, with a particular specialism in complex financial cases, and those that include business assets and pensions on divorce. I advise on asset protection across the generations, particularly for landed estates and farming families, working on pre and post marital agreements. I am a member of the firm's Food Farming and Land Sector. I also work closely with Burges Salmon's award wining Private Client team to advise on tax and trusts issues in family law.

I joined Irwin Mitchell in December 2010 with a brief to establish and devlop a family law team at the top of the market in Bristol and the South West. My practice encompassed all aspects of family law and particularly financial cases involving complex assets, including businesses. and included a niche specialism in cohabitation law, especially Schedule 1 Children Act claims.
