Leading a start-up venture in this city centre bar I project managed the refurbishment of bar and recruitment of staff. I managed a team of 10 (bar and kitchen staff), introduced Company Procedures and staff training programme. I set budgets and worked within budget limits, prepared monthly management accounts and payroll. I led by example carrying out all operational duties.
