Across my career as a C-level leader driving HR, organizational development, and business strategy, I have earned a reputation helping large-scale and small-scale enterprises unlock the power of high-performing teams, develop diverse leadership, and build scalable multinational operations. I bring a uniquely holistic perspective to complex business challenges after gaining experience in sales, operations, supply chain, and HR roles spanning packaged goods (CPG), life sciences / biotech, financial services, and technology industries. Examples of my career highlights include:► Facilitating CEO succession, top team effectiveness and DEI strategies for family-owned and controlled businesses.► Holding executive HR and business strategy roles for four multinational market-leading enterprises: BIC, Life Technologies, Encore Capital Group, and Mars, Inc.► Earning a global worldview after living and working in the UK, France, China, and North America and leading diverse teams across 60 countries on six continents. ► Delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in OPEX savings through business process redesign, global restructures, and organizational development initiatives across my career. I am currently on the board of Magid a family run PPE business, a member of the HR advisory board at Semper Virens (a VC) and on the advisory boards of 3 early stage start ups.I also serve as the executive director for the BIC Corporate Foundation, which supports NGOs in delivering educational programs to develop creative skills for underserved youth.Concurrent to my Board and Foundation roles I run an HR advisory practice focused on top team effectiveness, organization development, capability planning and culture evolution.Additionally, as an avid equestrian and eventer, I am Vice President of the Fairfield Bridle Trails Association, and a partner at Social Venture Partners CT, where I support local not for profit organizations through pro bono OD consulting. As a dual UK/US citizen, I completed my bachelor’s degree in management studies from the University of Bradford in the UK, and hold a certificate in organizational development from the NTL Institute for Behavioral Sciences. I am also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and trained in IDEO Design Thinking.
