For the past 3 years I have worked for an international NGO with the sole purpose of building a youth sub-brand. Beginning with just a small list of email contacts I have successfully created, developed and re launched a youth engagement scheme covering all acquisition, retention and recruitment of brand ambassadors and supporters. Whilst working at MAF I have had the opportunity to conduct a research trip to their programme in Uganda and work closely with international colleagues. As the only youth marketing specialist for MAF worldwide, I have shared my expertise, resources and experience with colleagues in Norway, the Netherlands, USA, Australia and Canada working across many different cultures and time zones. I am passionate about cultivating brand values throughout the whole workforce. I’ve seen how important it has been for the growth and sustainability of the MAF Youth brand and learnt some key principles as to how to do that. By using consistent, transparent, accessible brand values you can empower the individual and link them to the wider, worldwide vision of an organisation.

Answer and evaluate emergency and public calls ensuring that the caller receives a prompt, sensitive, courteous and helpful response. Ask questions and probe information from caller to ascertain the nature of the call and determine on this basis whether a police response is required generating a formal written record for every call that complies with policy regarding call grading and dispatch.
