Dedicated to the Kamay Ferry Wharves project and based on-site working in two high-performing construction teams, I assist in the development of community engagement strategies and communications related to businesses, residents, property owners, the client and our project team. I engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure the project meets its engagement and community objectives through tailored communication strategies, marketing and events.Responding to community and wider public enquiries, I investigate issues, monitor progress and outcomes as required. I provide issue-management advice to the client and project team regarding community challenges and hotspots.

As part of the Community Engagement team at Kogarah Community Services (KCS) I developed community engagement and communication strategies which delivered innovative events, learning programs, initiatives and resources, whilst providing a sense of purpose and connection for our diverse local community. I partnered with government stakeholders, businesses, other NFP’s and community/health organisations in the Georges River, Sutherland and Bayside Council LGA’s to develop a range of community projects and initiatives, as well as strategic and mutually beneficial opportunities for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Our Neighbourhood Centre and Community Hub provided the opportunity to run varied and inclusive activities for all ages and backgrounds, fostering long-lasting social connections and supporting the local community with a broad spectrum of information, resources and advice.

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is the professional association, training provider and representative body for Chartered Accountants (CAs) in Australia and New Zealand, boasting a large community of highly trained members worldwide. Chartered Accountants is a founding member of the Global Accounting Alliance which encompasses an 800,000+ strong network of professionals and leaders working in more than 180 countries. • Key liaison between NSW members and the organisation with a strong focus on member engagement. My portfolio comprised members from small to medium practices and the NSW Public Sector.• Project management and marketing of member events, including professional development and networking events such as CA ANZ's Sharing Knowledge series and senior level 'lunch and learn' for members in Practice, as well as a variety of Public Sector events.• As part of CA ANZ’s collaboration with the NSW Public Sector’s Community of Finance Professionals I enjoyed an advisory board role on this volunteer committee, which aimed to facilitate learning and networking opportunities for finance professionals in the Public Sector.

• Managed back-end administration and logistical functions for all Onsite training nationally, including communications with clients, external and internal presenters.• Created and administered proposals and contracts whilst organising the logistical details contained therein.• Established and maintained regular client contact within an account management plan for the identification of issues, needs, and business growth.• Communicated with potential clients and conducted a Training Needs Analyses.• Assisted the Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager with a response to prospective clients and the development of our Onsite offering.• External appointments with Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager to existing or prospective clients to discuss Onsite training as required.
