Working with a behavioural and NLP model of change, I work through my own company and a select range of same value organisations.

Responsible for business and client development in this scaling business. I ran two major accounts in defence and telecommunications (£1m+). Contributed to sales development, supporting the approach to new business, as well as shaping our Wondrous approach to client requirements in both proposal and delivery.

Founded a specialist cultural change practice, advising businesses on cultural and organisational change. Established a unique cultural diagnostic and development tool, Culturescape ™. Working through a hard associate pool of 8 consultants, with a wider network of behavioural change coaches, Plum designed and delivered award-winning change programmes for the NHS, Local Government and private sector organisations, such as Bosch, Astra Zeneca, Lloyds, BOC gases, and The Law Society.

As Director for OD & Leadership with the Tribal Group; one of the largest consulting groups in the UK, I established an OD and leadership development business. I developed leadership and change development programmes for clients such as the Department of Health, the Irish Health Service Executive and several public organisations. This ran from, undertaking needs analysis, L&D design and delivery and follow up on impact and performance improvement. I ran several Board development review processes, helping boards review and improve their practice for organisation results. I also developed the change management approach for the health practice to support individual and behavioural change in large scale transformations across the public sector, to support financial recovery and organisational change.

As a senior fellow with this policy and leadership development house (formerly OPM), I worked with a small and dedicated team providing bespoke interventions for strategy development and leadership programmes across the public and private sector. I was part of the design team for the first simulation on the impact of patient choice on the NHS system, tested the implications of franchising services in the health service and ran a leadership retreat on handling system and personal failure in the NHS. I was also responsible for the development of health related leadership and development programmes at a national level and designed programmes for the National Patient Safety Agency, the Health Protection Agency, Social Care Institute for Excellence, the Commission for Health Improvement, amongst many others. I lead the first learning programme for London CEOs on the implications of the NHS National Information Project (Connecting for Health).

Part of the specialist healthcare consulting practice, working with NHS organisations on clinical reconfiguration, financial recovery and performance improvement. I specialised in the organisational development support of major change programmes and/or reviews. I joined Teamwork at the point of growth from a small business to expansion to a medium sized company and played a large role in the diversification and expansion of the business offering, for example, part of the successful bid and delivery team to support the newly formed CHI (now the Care Quality Commission) on the design and execution of clinical governance reviews, which the company continued to do for several years afterwards. Whilst at Teamwork, I also designed and ran the first PMS development programme for managers and clinicians, on behalf of the Department of Health, which was a first both for the company and the DoH
