Implemented a management system using BSC, a production system with SCRUM, and we achieved ISO9001.Directed the construction of the productive system for the provision of services, reaching the installed production capacity of AET – Ergonomic Work Analysis of 1200 jobs/month.We developed a customer service system that allowed us to serve companies of all sizes. We develop procedures for quality of life programs, outpatient management, ergonomics management, technical expert advice and other demands of companies regarding ergonomics and occupational prevention.Our main achievements are the loyalty of our customers, customer and professional satisfaction.
