I was the interim executive director of the South Central Oregon Economic Development District, specializing in rural community and economic development. I also have a background in business management consulting, collaborating with private sector organizations and U.S. Government agencies on various human capital capabilities, such as change management, strategic communications, workforce planning, and human-centered design. I combined my business experience with grassroots-level community development as a RARE AmeriCorps member from 2020-2022. I am passionate about the triple bottom line – community, economic, and environmental success – and helping others prepare for and overcome change. I graduated from Penn State with a major in Business Management and two minors in International Studies and Psychology. Additionally, I have a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL), Strategic Doing 301 (an implementation approach and framework to strategic planning), and I am a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
